Jar Bar Confections is owned and run by Helena Evans-Murphy, a young woman who has spent a year struggling to start up the business, gain some traction, and take-off in the business world. The pandemic only amplified her struggles, but she has worked hard and prevailed through all. With tremendous help from family and mentors she has been able to start perfecting her craft and providing the best quality cakes for her customers. Follow her through the sweet jungle that is the world of cake by tasting her treats, providing feedback, and receiving updates along the way!
